Taiwan affairs official meets with former KMT chairman

SHANGHAI, Aug. 25 -- Zhang Zhijun, head of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Thursday met with former Kuomintang (KMT) chairman Wu Po-hsiung in Shanghai and they discussed cross-Strait relations and other issues.
