Meanwhile, staff from the District Taiwan Affairs Office conducted policy outreach, distributing brochures on pro-Taiwan policies and health education materials. They actively listened to the needs and aspirations of Taiwan compatriots and their families regarding work, daily life, medical care, education, and rights protection, carefully taking note of their opinions and suggestions. By integrating policy interpretation with thoughtful services, the event further strengthened ties with the local Taiwan community.
The free clinic served over 200 Taiwan compatriots, family members, and community residents, and distributed more than 300 informational pamphlets, practically conveying the care and warmth of the CPC and the government.
Looking ahead, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Longting District will continue to focus on the needs and expectations of Taiwan compatriots and their families, enrich service content, and innovate service methods. Through more concrete measures and better services, it aims to warm hearts, build unity, and encourage compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to support and assist each other, jointly writing a new chapter of integrated development.(Jointly reported by Taiwan.cn and the Taiwan Affairs Office of Kaifeng City)
