Charity Donation of Air Conditioners Brings Coolness to Campus –The Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises Association of Anqing Holds Student Aid Ceremony

July 3(Taiwan.cn)A charity student aid event hosted by the Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises Association of Anqing was recently held at Anqing Qinglan Middle School. The association donated 30 air conditioners worth approximately 100,000 RMB to the school to upgrade its teaching and living facilities, bringing coolness and care to teachers and students amid the summer heat.

During the donation ceremony, Zhang Dunxiong, director of the Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises Association of Anqing, stated that education underpins national rejuvenation. Supporting students and investing in education constitute an unshirkable social responsibility for Taiwanese enterprises. He expressed hope that the donated equipment would create a more comfortable studying and living environment for teachers and students, and encouraged the students to study diligently, strive for personal excellence, and contribute to society and their hometown in the future. Wang Lin, principal of Qinglan Middle School, extended sincere gratitude to the association on behalf of all teachers and students for their generous donation.
