ChinaTaiwan (www.taiwan.cn), which is affiliated to the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council of China, is one of the key Chinese national news websites.

ChinaTaiwan takes the Taiwan Question and the cross-Straits relations as its core content and aims to serve compatriots of both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the Hong Kong and Macau compatriots, the overseas Chinese and any other people who share an interest in the Taiwan Question. Through providing timely, accurate and reliable news, the website aims to help increase mutual affinity of both sides and the communication among people across the Strait, and serve the diversified exchanges between the two sides.

ChinaTaiwan currently has three versions: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
