BEIJING -- Nissan China Investment Co Ltd is to recall 5,245 Infiniti JX35 on the Chinese mainland, China's quality watchdog said on Tuesday.
The recall, starting from Thursday, will involve vehicles manufactured between April 19 in 2012 and Oct 31 in 2013, according to a notice released by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
Flawed engine covers may open spontaneously and cause accidents, the notice said.
The company will repair the fault free of charge.
