KUNMING -- A direct air route linking Lijiang, a city renowned for its Old Town, in southwest China's Yunnan Province, and Singapore is expected to open next month.
Three flights every two weeks will be available between the two places starting from October 29, according to the Yunnan Airport Group Co. Ltd on Sunday.
Tigerair, a Singapore-based budget carrier, will fly the route with Airbus A320.
