The 11th Strait travel fair (STF) will be held in Xiamen, Fujian province, from May 8 to 10, according to the Fujian provincial Tourism Bureau.
Since the STF is gearing up for a larger and grander exhibition this year, its pavilion will cover an area of 33,000 square meters, 18,000 square meters larger than that in 2014. Some 1500 booths will also be set up, doubling the amount from last year.
One highlight of this year?s fair will be the ?cross-Straits travel products and souvenirs section?, which will not only promote featured products from Taiwan and Chinese mainland, but also travel routes, tourist attractions and hotel vouchers.
