The plan contains more than 40 measures and called for building online promotional platforms, boosting Internet literary and art works and promoting the integrated development of conventional and online works.
The plan urged the federation to establish a new pattern in literary and art exchange with the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions (SARs) and Taiwan.
