HONG KONG -- Taiwan's share prices closed 0.45 percent lower on Monday with the weighted index falling 35.28 points to close at 7,758.03, according to news reaching here from Taipei.
The local bourse fluctuated between 7,815.10 and 7,744.49 during the day's trading. Turnover totaled 82.18 billion new Taiwan dollars (about 2.73 billion U.S. dollars) during the trading session.
