A 20-year old has died in hospital from injuries sustained from an explosion and fire at a party in a water park in New Taipei. The accident injured nearly 500 others. At least 200 were severely injured. Taiwan's fire department has said that the explosion was caused by a powder spray. Earlier, we spoke to Ethan Liu, anchor-reporter from Taiwan's CTI Television.
